That's the new normal. It really does not matter. Whether it's attempted murder or agg batt, the magistrate is setting a bond appropriate for a traffic ticket so young Dayshawn doesn't miss his classes.

Aggravated second degree battery doesn't allow probation, at least until after the first year is served. But the DA will reduce to an aggravated battery and give it to him.

I've been told by the media this was a "mass shooting" seems that a shooting like that should be classified as terrorism.
