Why I hate most comedians.
Women comic- my sex life
Black comic- make fun of whites
Fat comic - fat jokes
Gay comic- gay jokes
Jewish comic- complain about everything joke
White comic- jokes apologizing for being white
Southern comics- redneck jokes

All so predictable and few can be funny or surprising. Most could not even get a laugh without copious amounts of cussing

Downvote away. Still say Norm was not funny.

Jesus.

You need to watch something other than Blue Collar Comedy and The Kings of Comedy. You really don't know shite.

Why would I watch what I don’t enjoy. Please pay attention.

Because you have no fricking clue what you’re talking about. Now that Norm’s dead, in my opinion the funniest person alive is a fat gay Long Island slob. And maybe 3% of all his jokes have anything to do with being fat or gay.

Oh, I'm paying enough attention to know that you don't have much of a clue and you're insisting on talking about something you obviously know very little about.

1. Doug Stanhope

2. Patrice O'Neal
3. Bill Burr
4. Dave Chapelle

5. Ralphie May

Also:
Louis CK
Joey Diaz
Don Rickles
Greg Giraldo
Mitch Hedberg
John Mulaney
Bill Hicks
Patton Oswalt even though he's a lil' bitch of a manlet as a person.

I remember liking Murphy, Carlin, Sam Kinison, ADC, etc at the time when I first saw them, but tbh most of their material just doesn't hold up. Pryor is better in this regard, but still not top 5. And tbh, that makes sense because the industry just wasn't as developed/competitive at the time.

He's up there. Stanhope is arguably the most fearless comedian working.

First ballot: Macdonald, Murphy, Ron White

Have to consider: Steven Wright, Foxworthy, Pryor, Chapelle

If I had to choose, White crowds out Foxworthy and Murphy takes Pryor's spot. That's five.

I probably forgot someone.

ETA Seinfeld and Dice-Clay.

Ron White

I think image-wise the Blue Collar Comedy deal hurt him more than helped him. It made him a boatload of money and changed his life, but from a public perception perspective it kind of put him in a niche market that he's spent some time getting out of. He's underrated as a joke writer, for sure.

They were mostly TV sitcom stars but

Tim Conway and Redd Foxx were two of the best.

Dana Carvey deserves consideration on SNL list.

I'd still put Rob Schneider above Dana. It's for the subtle gestures.

Rob is great, I just think Dana had more range. Also, Joe Piscopo was solid.
