So... I'm going to guess that you can act like you want in your own yard, as long as you aren't breaking any laws. I know there's noise ordinances, so he can't crank up music too loud, but crotch grabbing is probably legal.

The family seems to be mad at the church for some reason (seems to stem from the Covid thing) and the church has a problem with them as well, no telling who actually started it really.

Well, I can see where the two don't mix well. Problem for Spell would be that land is getting pretty expensive out there, so I'm guessing other side was there first.

Like I said awhile back, it wouldn't surprise me if Spell tried to buy him out and get that land, and he refused. Maybe that set it off, and then the covid thing worsened it.
