Glad you are able to get out a little today. Once you are don with the sickness, youmabe able to walk a little. A little exercise and fresh air should lift your spirits a bit. Keep on hanging in there, bro!

I’m hoping to be able to walk tomorrow. As the sickness leaves the body the stronger I get.

Tiger your right.. I can’t get over all the support. It’s awesome. When I’m feeling down or weak I just look back at the post and it brings a smile to my face. Everyone here has been more than awesome..
Has anyone suggested a 12 step program...you will need all the support and Fellowship you can get and the strength within these programs cannot be overstated. Remember, you are just detoxing..the real struggle to NOT use again will happen, depending on your self will, either sooner or later.

My experience is that a 12 step program is what is needed for you to acquire The Power you need to make The Decision to not use again.

Best wishes on a journey of a Lifetime... Once Day at a Time!

12 step programs are bullshite. Period. You don’t need a meeting to help you quit. He has all the support system he needs.

I don’t know about a mile but I will try it. I’m feeling way better at the moment. Yesterday was pure hell. I know it’s not over but I can see the light. All of y’all are really helping me go through this. Man I don’t know how to repay y’all.

Lot's of folks watching what you are doing here. I won't be a bit surprised to see others use your example as inspiration to make major changes in their own lives. Be strong. Very proud of you brother.

Not relapsing will be payment enough.

If you do, we're going to find you and fartbomb your face until you have pink eye so bad that your eyes need to be surgically removed.

Hang in there

Edit: Those ^^^ are non-alcoholic beers
