Yes I agree but it's not fair that some of these kids are stuck with shite head parents while there are good people out there that either can't have kids or have to work three times as hard to have them all while these pieces of shite are spitting them out one after another.

No drugs involved in this one. No way.
Glad the little toddler made it. He will probably be handed off to a family member by Child Protection, which is probably not a good thing.

And it's not like adoption is cheap or easy. So the children will just be put through the system. It's just awful.

Its situations like this that makes me question why there is so much red tape involved in adoption. I understand they can't just start giving babies to everyone who wants one, but.. I'll skip the details, but someone I know adopted a child, its been almost two years ago. On the day her adopted child was born, he was one of five children that was born there, that day, that were put up for adoption. Their child was the only one that was already adopted.

Its a situation that stuck with them.. Which I understand... because its heartbreaking to think there are people out there who would be really good parents, but between the cost, the risk and everything else there are kids who will just end up "going through the system".

If only she was a police officer in Mississippi. A police woman was put on paid leave when the 3 year old daughter she left in a car died. The officer was "visiting" with her male partner after a shift.

I don't think charges were ever filed even though the child died. The police officer and her partner were eventually fired, however.

Because there are some very sick people out there who would take advantage of kids in any number of multiple ways. It's sad but it's the world we live in.

I see she left her child in the car for 4 hrs with the AC on. What the hell was she doing for 4 hrs in which she was not able to go check on the child every so often.. I mean, she shouldn't have left her in there in the first place, but leaving a child in a running vehicle.. there are other risk involved. Someone could easily steal it, the vehicle could have killed at some point.. That woman should go to jail.

Glad that child was adopted to a good home.

I've seen a post here where the couple paid for the adoption and then ended up not getting the child because the birth mother decided last minute to keep the child.

This cold is no joke. Just made a 3 minute walk from a restaurant to the car and it was miserable. I can't imagine being stuck in the car, probably without even a coat on.

I keep an extra coat and sleeping bag in the car in case we ever get stuck out, this "parent" is just a piece of shite.
