I cannot link the article because I don't know how to do it on my phone. I just read where a 23 month old toddler in Gentry Arkansas I tried to save his puppy from a fire. His parents got the toddler out of the house but lost sight of him while they were trying to fight the fire. The toddler went back into the house to get his puppy and ended up being killed in the fire.

I saw the story in the Daily Mail so perhaps somebody can Google the story and post a link.

Yes let’s post this uplifting story to bum the shite out of everyone who is blissfully ignorant of the details.

Do you enjoy this kind of shite? Do you think it makes you better cause you find these morbid stories and bring others down with them? You’re a sick frick.

Thanks for making me sad as I will have nightmares about fires, children and puppies tonight as i try to sleep in a second floor room.
(* going to look for the "fire escape ladder" I have in a box somewhere in a closet)

and like clockwork, already asking for donations. if I just lost everything, especially my 2 year old son, the last thing on my mind would be money.

call me a cynical piece of shite but something just doesn't add up in their story.

In fairness, they did not set up the gofundme and the impetus is to pay for the funeral. Like it or not the funeral arrangements and costs hit loved ones in the face almost from the moment someone dies. It is a brutal fact of life especially for a child that isn't sick when you would have given zero thought to it beforehand.

Also, note the child died Saturday.

None of this doesn't add up to me and without further info, I am not going to shite on parents that just lost their child in a fire.

You're correct with all of this. It's not uncommon for family, friends and/or coworkers to setup a gofundme in situations like this.
