Read some books, listen to podcasts, learn something, work at your career.
I’ve dabbled in some new hobbies. I read a lot. Trying to get more into true crime. My go to genre was sports history, go figure.

Each day is its own roller coaster. I could feel great at 2:00 PM and like an emotional wreck at 6:00 PM.
If it’s just sports that has you this emotional, man the frick up. If there’s more going on in your life, seek some professional help. It should take a whole lot more than sports to make you a self proclaimed emotional wreck. Divorce, death, problems with the kiddos, financial failure- that’s reason for being an emotional wreck.
Sports? No.

So glad for you that losing sports is a huge concern, it seems that you have led a lucky life so far.
There are far bigger issues in life. If sports is that important, there are millions of hours of recorded games you can watch on demand.

I’ve been playing a bunch. My game is better now than it ever has been. That is a definite plus to all of this.
I remember when the NFL started this BLM shite a few years ago. I walked into the club house and the game was on. I had forgotten they were playing. I knew I had broken my sports/ESPN addiction. It was a good day.
