Good to know. I was going to run down there today figuring they would have a good selection of stuff.

ETA: JUST GOOGLE IT, TARDS
Got a call from my salesperson this morning concerning this. Says it will mostly likely be 2 weeks. They are shifting a lot of the production to other plants. He didn't seemed too concerned.....it was a precautionary measure. Most of these plants shut down a few days for maintenance anyway and they are just extending it. Stop spreading fear.

I'll remind you of this when you are bitching about paying $2000.00 for a TV or complaining about the expense of your cell phone.
Don't hold your breath, I pay for quality and then take care of the things I buy. Besides, spending a little extra for something is far superior to not being able to find it (much less buy it) at all.

It’s been the smart play up until now. It may have been anomaly, but there was evident signs of disruption, at least as much as this location. Sounds like could be isolated store from other posts here. Just my experience

HEB here in DFW had pretty much everything. Not as much variety but plenty of stock.

Great! In 2 weeks we'll have an immune Smithfield factory!

Trucker and food workers are essential, so this is something else - I think supply chains have been cut that we were unaware of.

The weak always panic over nothing. They usually manage to throw an insult or two into their rant so they can try to deflect from their own fears.
Meat plants have been shifting production around for years.
Nothing to see here.

You’re missing the point.
Protein manufacturers, if you will, are now starting face the reality of: do I keep producing at our standard rates vs should we scale back and take more precautions based on COVID-19 quarantine / social distancing norms?

I just got back from Kroger in Germantown TN and shelves were full. — including toilet paper. They only had 2 brands, but the entire shelf was filled.
