The employees just tried to fight John Taffer
I’m sure this is an epitome of what Toya looks to keep closed.

I’m in that episode. Filmed around 2012 I think.

Went there back in the mid 80's

Seen that episode. They were letting kids in without ID and Taffer caught them.
It’s like he’d never been to a college bar.

I would love to see them do this at a Fred’s or Bogey’s.

We used to call the pay phone from the bar when people started getting cellphones. When a frat star picked up we would make fun of them

I used to frequent TJs and Brunos around that time. Taffer tried to rebrand a college bar in a New Orleans residential neighborhood as a club, "The Annex." Complete failure. It reverted back to TJ Quills shortly thereafter.

I have it own, since they did all shows that were bars in New Orleans.
Is it the place they are doing now? I just watched a small part of the beginning when they mentioned how the customers were all dudes and the guy said that there were some days they have 0 customers.

I remember going to the Annex with a group of friends right after the grand re-opening. Right after we walked in the door, we all look around and one of my friends goes, "y'all just want to go to Bruno's?"

TJs was one of THE spots back in the day. I mean packed wall to wall on the weekends. Red Eye kind of took over that crowd for awhile.
TJs was one of the bars shutdown by Latoya for breaking protocol. Along with Red Eye

Spent a number of week nights in there during the late 80s playing pool, eating that salty popcorn and drinking.

25 cent beer nights and free popcorn to help soak up the alcohol. Frequented that place allot when I was at UNO 2001-2004
