What can I legally do? Sure I could call cops. But if he’s on my property vandalizing my stuff can I smack him with a bat? Shoot him? Beat the shite out of him? What if he’s a punk teenager? Does that change what I could do? I don’t tolerate senseless property destruction.

What if? I'm not sure who else it would be. He's probably mad his mom wouldn't buy him a $350 computer gaming accessory, and he's embraced Maoist insurrection in retaliation.
Best thing you can do is probably just quietly beat the crap out of him and hope you don't get caught. Legally, I don't think you're allowed to do a damn thing to him.
