Inertia should keep you straight, but holy shite. The bridge is usually a half an inch or so lower than i10. Instead it is raised slightly

State trooper parked right past it is going to get plowed.

I know that stands for mile marker, although I have no clue where that's at. A little help please?

Eta - thank you fightin tigers. I don't know why someone would think a MM number is common knowledge.

Also, MM147 sounds like it could be a badass gun. Maybe one on a navy ship or something.

If you know exit numbers, it gets you close.

Who doesn't know exit numbers?

Gibberish.

But by default, this would not apply to them

People who don’t know mile markers and exit numbers on their regular drive are not paying attention. They more than likely keep their arse in the left lane also.

Thank goodness it is not curved ice or it might be incredibly treacherous.

I’ve lived in south LA my whole life and have no idea the mile markers. Hell, I have to concentrate and think about it when I try to remember which one is I-10 amd which one is I-12.

Mile marker is a very good, precise location. It's also easy to look up from home or for your passenger to look up if you're on the road.

If you're on the road and don't have data you can't see this thread anyway.

Why is it so difficult for the fricktards in this states abysmal DOTD to put a little salt down?

US 90 is still completely closed in St. Mary Parish. Hey dipshits, go to the salt mine 10 miles down the road and spread some of it around.

Exactly. Unless you're an idiot you should know Baton Rouge is around MM155 so if this is MM147 it'll be a little west of BR.

I don't memorize them all, but I know 187 was the halfway from my exit in kenner to my exit in baton Rouge.
I know 120 is on the basin bridge.
And that i610 is 230.

From there I can guesstimate.
