I said it in another thread, but I sold my Sharlo condo about 3 years ago to a nice vet school student. I almost feel bad for selling it to her. About a month after she bought it, Chester who lived across the alley from me, got killed.

That's a shame. I'm led to think the whole bar scene is going to be phased out eventually. They'll either close or relocate to a more attractive area, like downtown
