Probably because she talks like a 14 year old trying to be cool with her ridiculous language. She's hot, she's smart, but her language is terrible. Its annoying as hell when an adult tries to sound like like a cool 15 year old to me.

Also, I'm assuming there is still some legal issues up in the air and she certainly alluded to that and not saying more because of that. If someone did do something like steal her headphones and she got pissed and the airlines did nothing about it then she has some grounds to be unhappy.
