Used to see a truck pretty frequently that had "Sick Puppy" in big gothic-style letters across the back glass.

My thought was generally "what am I supposed to do with this information?"

Also, I figured that if I tried to involve that dude in anything truly "sick" he'd probably beg off and call it too gay.
