No. What I am saying is that in today's world, employers are playing Russian business roulette every time they hire someone. The person might be qualified and look great on paper but then they arrive and never show up on a regular basis or always have some bullshite excuse why they cant work a full 8 hour day. In those cases you can just fire them. In this case, they have a mentally ill man pretending to be a woman and holding them hostage. He is causing a disturbance and obviously bringing unwanted slowdown and negative attention to their business but they can't just fire him and move on because it will cause a political and legal nightmare. So instead of firing the person, they just have to sit there and put up with a mentally ill person's whims.
I am of the opinion that once you dick is cut off and you have completed your mental disorder, feel free to use the women's restroom. Until then, HE should be using the men's restroom.

He should have been fired a few days after he showed up to work dressed as a woman. Someone in management screwed up and allowed this to go on. If he came to his interview dressed as a woman and someone hired him, they need to be fired as well.

I understand what you're saying but this is more about forcing people to accept what's beyond societal norms, and when they don't or disagree, they get sued or berated in social media. You can't just say frick no, I'm not allowing you to piss and shite in the women's bathroom. Get over it. You then get sued for discrimination. Where does it end? Look at my cheetahkin example. There are people out there like that trying to force their shite on other people.
