I went not long ago and loved it there. The sites on Camelback Mountain are something to behold.

Haboobs look scarier than they really are. I was in the middle of one walking to my car in a parking lot at Home Depot. Just a bunch of wind and dirt. It's funny watching birds flying in them, they look drunk being tossed all over the sky.

It's basically a smaller L.A. with no beach and miserable summer weather. Urban sprawl at its worst. Food is good though.

I just spent three days in Scottsdale last weekend and agree with this. Decent place to visit, but I wouldn't live there.

It did make me realize how expensive Seattle is though. Food and ubers were both significantly cheaper

Lol at the money, resources, the free quality academics offered to the student athletes, and the population of the recruiting grounds.

Why isn't the PAC just straight killing it?

Housing isn't horrible cost wise.....unless you want to live in a really desirable area like Scottsdale. Other suburbs are much cheaper.

Cost of living isn't bad at all. You will meet a lot of California transplants that live here....it's much cheaper for them and they can still have a similar lifestyle here (minus beach/coast).

I don't really get how PAC vs. SEC is really relevant to this discussion. The Pac 12 is a Power 5 Conference is it not?

The University of Phoenix needs a football team. What's up with that?

Fun Fact of the Day: Phoenix is the most populous state capital in the U.S.

You're welcome.

Your posting is always the same retarded quality.

If Kafka and Skillet had a retarded love child, It's post history would read like yours.

You may need to give up with the shtick.... Hopefully it's a shtick and you aren't honestly trying to be funny and get laughs.

My parents house in Peoria is twice the size of mine and sits on twice the land and probably is worth about the same as mine in Metairie.

Location is everything in AZ though. Peoria isn't a bad area but to be in the nice part of town

My parents house in Scottsdale is about 500SQFT larger and 1/2 the land yet is worth ~$600k more than mine. I live in an average COL area too

I went to Citizen Public House in Scottsdale, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a while. Nurse you should check it out
