It's easier for the license plate scanners to pick up.

Wow pretty much the entire south doesn't require them... I guess that is so people can put rebel flags on front.

We have one on our car but it was bought & registered in Europe. Wouldn't do it unless it was earned that way
How about acquired? The car didn't earn a license plate.
You sound shallow and pretentious.

It's ok by me if you use your euro delivery plate.
Not so much otherwise.

Some folks leave their overseas military plates up front....
I've seen German, Belgian (SHAPE red plates), and British plates on cars around here...

There's a guy in my town who drives a really old Land Rover most days with three license plates. Montana front and back, and an old Australian New South Wales plate also on the back. It's kickass.
I believe it's right hand drive as well so I absolutely believe that plate is the real deal.

I'm guessing he means those who put the Euro style license plate not the regular state tags...which would be illegal in those other states since the State tag must go in the front and not the Euro thingy

I keep an American license plate on my car in Europe because America rules.
no you don't
you would get pulled over with the quickness
the only place you can get away with american tags is the UK while you wait on your plates bc it takes like 60 days.

I had European plates on the car I last drive. But I'm in Scotland.

I wouldn't even count UK as euro plates bc they are different than the mainland. In mainland Europe they are basically all the same except the odd red one in Belgium you see once in a while or Yellow ones in Holland.

I keep one on my Mini Cooper. It's also got the Union Jack on the roof so it's double European. I'm very sophisticated though, so it's okay.
