As of now I stream through DirecTV Now (ATTNow). I can catch several channels with my sports team of choice that way. I’m not certain how this deal with ESPN will affect it though. It cost me $25/month which is basically nothing

I’m looking at switching to YouTubeTV. There is a 5 day free trial and after that it’s right at $50/ month. Looks to be a lot more channels too and I would catch SEC Network for LSU game such as the one tonight and ESPNU.

I fricken despise ATT with every fiber of my being. Tell me that switching is a great idea and worth the little bit of extra money.

I love it. And they're actually having a free 3 week trial right now. Never have had a single issue with them; no interruptions or lag in streaming the games and the quality of the picture is excellent. I'd highly recommend.

I’m on Sling and looking at switching to Youtube. But so far I’ve avoided intentionally having anything to do with Google and I have to get over that hurdle.

Have they cleaned up the DVR? When I had the trial I'd pick a show to record and it would grab reruns from every channel. There was no to only choose first run episodes. This is when they first added the DVR.

Looking to flip to this or Hulu this week.

Yeah I am thinking about finally doing this as well. It seems that the streaming services are doing a good job with regular live tv that is just like cable. All I need is a Roku correct?

Youtubetv has been great so far. Had some buffering during the texas lsu game but it was only a second here or there. Not enough to get me worked up. If im being critical my complaints would be lack of a guide layout in which i could see what was coming on a channel 2-3 hours ahead. Just annoying with the guide they have now which only shows you whats on at present time. The other would be lack of the nfl network. But i.plan on watching thursday night nfl games on amazon prime so not the end of the world

Oh and fast forward and rewind could be reworked. It see.s to frick up.all the time.

I flipped from Hulu to YoutubeTV and I would not go back no matter what kind of deal they came out with. I consistently had issues with Hulu. The basic subscription comes with my cell plan but I added the "orange" sports package so that I'd get the SEC Network. I ran into issues with blackouts, the stream would freeze and there would be significant lag time..just all sorts of headaches.

Just dropped directv for YouTube tv. I actually like it better when I was just hoping it would be sufficient.

Hulu is fine but the interface is the worst I’ve ever experienced unless they have modified it in the last 6 months
