Drives up Fed deficit for 30 yrs? Do you mean debt? Blaming this on baby boomers is a stretch young man.

The reason most of your boomer blame is false is due to democrats and entitlements thereof.

I wish YouTube was around in the 60s. I would have gone around asking boomers to point out Vietnam on a map.

We weren't oversaturated with BS media tech as you. My guess is that percentage would have likely been 80-85% knowing where Nam was on a map...possibly higher. Maybe a little less due to the grouping of small countries in the area.

I bet it wouldn't even be that high if they were asked to locate the USA on a map.

Somebody needs to read, or listen to on audio book because they are so damn lazy, the book "Bloodlands". This will give them a little background on that topic.

Not really. We were all eligible for the draft, and were under constant bombardment in news of where it was and the carnage. Many of us or our friends were there, the cold war was going on, and except for the irrelevants of society that are always present at some level, we understood the dangers in the world. In turn we knew "where" they were located.

You're delusional. People are more highly educated now than they ever have been. The irony is that you are too ignorant to realize it.
