Nobody is denying this. You can eat the best meals in the world served it by the best chefs, be monitored 24 seven by the worlds best doctors, and have routine injections of whatever gear works best. But all of that is useless if you just sit around. That dude Spence crazy amount of time in the gym to look like that. The other stuff just makes it happen quicker

Except his legs in the two videos below that post his legs look ripped and muscular. No the legs aren’t as bulky as his upper body is, but if he’s running a lot, it won’t be.

Yes and no. The bulk he achieved is for his next movie roll of Hulk Hogan which is in development now and directed by Todd Phillips who recently did the Joker movie.

I’ve had doctors tell me how these Hollywood actors are basically prescribed PEDs for these roles, on top of the ridiculous workout and diet regimens they have. It only makes sense, especially after seeing pics like this
