Conveniently left out the massive amount of steroids.
Human Growth Hormone is very popular, and very effective. Stallone practically keeps an IV drip of the stuff going.
You can't get that Greek God look with just gym and diet. It takes more.

Holy crap I’ve never seen the before and after shots of the rock

Congrats on the glamour muscles

With every single one of them, the head tells the story. You don't need to see the rest of their body, they all have that oversized head. Hell, Thor Bjornsson has probably gone down 10 hat sizes since he lifted 501kg and stopped cycling like he did for Strongman.

I guess I need to see a picture of hemsworth before he dis Thor because his head doesn’t look all that abnormally big to me in that picture. I mean, it’s no Barry bonds watermelon dome

I was thinking more along the lines of the Rock before/after. Anyone who stays on that shite longterm gets that same bloated, out of proportion head look. Eddie Hall was that way. When he have up Strongman, his head lost 20 pounds (I exaggerate, but not much). Thor was the same way.

When is that skinny pic from? He has been big since college, he was a DE for Miami.

This was around the time of his debut with WWF(E):

After his first wrestling retirement. But even when he was in his wrestling workout routine and playing football, he was never as big or as cut as he is now. The man is approaching 50 years old and he looks twice as big, strong, and cut, than he did in his late 20's prime. There's definitely something extra going into the recipe these days.

He's definitely on the sauce, just never seen him that small. Even though he was probably 240 there.

True. But his physique is 90% gym work ethic.
