Omega and parent company Swatch have announced an upcoming collaboration. The big reveal is March 26, but rumor has it that it will be a series of Swatch quartz chronographs based on Omega's Speedmaster Moonwatch. A lot of Omega fans are not real happy about it, seeing it as a downscale move. LINK

As someone who considered getting a Speedmaster as my next luxury watch, this makes me feel icky

It’s really not a bad looking watch for people who like the Omega but don’t like the Omega price. $260
