Who the frick is enabling this shite real estate market. Congrats, you're walking distance from city park. You're also walking distance from murders, rapes and shitty public schools. Hope you plan on sending your kids to private schools because otherwise they're going to grow up to be criminals or get raped.

That would have been close to a mill three years ago. Seems like real estate has slowed down in most areas of New Orleans. The exception is Pigeon Town (Leonidas). That area is still hot and rising.

Why? Everything he said is objectively true. Yes, it is a nice area within a few block radius, but is literally walking distance from all those things. And yes, it will sell for or near the asking price. What PT Barnum said about suckers....
