I didn't mean to imply that she was taken down. It should have read something like since she complied and did not resist arrest, she was not taken down as could have been the case if she did resist.

No. I don't think that they did. My previous comment was to another poster who said the cops were back on their heels and said that they were stopping to NOT tackle her since she clearly was not resisting. They were treating her exactly as they are asking to be treated and she acted exactly as one should when being arrested.
