In my understanding, a "dindu" could be anyone from the low culture of the United States who engages in savage or barbaric behavior and then either they or their representatives feign as though they were just good kids who got falsely accused or who were forced into their actions by someone else. Perhaps it so often reflects blacks on this site because we are located in the South and, well, blacks make up a hugely disproportionate amount of violent crime nation wide and for reasons of demographics, they dominate violent crime in the region. They also have a propensity to claim innocence or to be a "good kid" outside the incident in question while at the same time having pictures plastered across social media showing a lifestyle that perfectly reflects their criminal activity.
