From the article. They arrested the guy when he was meetings with his Probation Officer. So this POS is 16 and already on probation before this attack?

Maybe that's because you're defensive and have an axe to grind. If the guy were white and acting like a thug, I'd say the same thing. Dindus in my mind is anyone that embraces the lifestyle of a criminal and finds that behavior appealing and "cool", only to plead not guilty even when there is explicit video evidence. They usually speak some form of broken english that they made up and go out of their way to attract negative attention.

This is in the Conway area, a suburb just north of Little Rock. Pretty fricked up that he did that to a 12 year old kid while he wasnt even expecting it or looking. I'm guessing the outrage would be significant if the races were reversed.

I suppose it just so happens they usually "mimic" gang/rap culture in look/talk/actions, which seems to be predominantly composed of black people (although not always). Is that coincidental? Maybe. Regardless, it's a cultural issue, not a race issue.
