They can’t even get people to attend nominates films this year, or stream them in the case of a few on places like Apple+.

They announced this a while back. I’m suprised it took till 2024 to implement. Also it’s sh!tty policy for sure and seems unconstitutional but I’m not sure what the rules are for awards shows. For sure would be unconstitutional for the movie studios though if they plan to abide by this.
