This is why the accused BLM terrorist was not already in jail during the Waukesha parade

This is why he was released on only a $1,000 bond after violently and deliberately running over his child’s mother with his car just a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately there are now hundreds of radical activists in judge and DA positions all over the country. They have chosen to be hard on communities and weak on crime. Very low bonds and eventually weak punishment for the crime itself is the norm, resulting in violent offenders returning to their neighborhoods to terrorize people again and again.

The district attorney facing criticism after the alleged Waukesha Christmas parade crash killer was freed on bond two days before the carnage previously admitted his progressive reforms “guaranteed” killers could be put back on the street.
Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm, who was elected to the position in 2007, has spent his career supporting cash-bail system reform because he argues it criminalizes poverty.
In an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel the year he was elected, Chisholm said: “Is there going to be an individual I divert, or I put into treatment program, who’s going to go out and kill somebody?”
“You bet. Guaranteed. It’s guaranteed to happen. It does not invalidate the overall approach.”
Chisholm has long pushed to divert nonviolent offenders away from the prison system with alternate programs, and has spoken previously about reducing the number of incarcerations in Milwaukee County.
He describes himself on his website as a “bold reformer with a track record of keeping our community safe” and has taken credit for inspiring a wave of “progressive prosecutors” across the US.
“Progressive prosecutors in Philadelphia, Boston, St. Louis, and San Francisco have followed in John’s footsteps and designed similar programs,” his website says.

Chisholm has come under fire after admitting on Monday that Darrell Brooks, the man charged with mowing down five people in Waukesha, had been released on an “inappropriately low” bond following an arrest earlier this month.
He vowed to investigate how Brooks was given the $1,000 cash bond despite allegedly running the mother of his child “over with his vehicle” in a Milwaukee gas station parking lot on Nov. 2.

Funny, "wokeness" hurts black people.
Violent criminals are released back into the community to terrorize black people.

This is pretty cold-hearted

1. DA supports moving away from the monetary bail system.
2. Person is released on a monetary bond and kills people.
3. ?????
4. We should keep monetary bail because alternatives will result in killers being freed.
Never change, OT.

Looks like a guy who grew up rich, lived in a gated neighborhood, attended private catholic schools, elite private universities and now fancies himself a hero to black people with progressive policies they didn't ask for.

I’m my opinion…the DA’s are becoming the most important LOCAL elected officials. Let the true criminals get away with murder…lock up law abiding citizens that try to protect/defend themselves.

So we’re not doing “If it saves one life” anymore?

Your strawman nonsense ceased being funny ages ago.
Low, high, doesn’t matter. It’s all part of the monetary bond system that needs to be abolished. Because I don’t feel like repeating myself for the dozenth time, here’s the last time I discussed the issue: LINK

Yes, next question. Don’t do criminal shite if you don’t want to be in jail.

You'll be paying for the 2020 election the rest of your life, you're just not bright enough to understand why.

Attended Marquette University High School
"Marquette University High School (MUHS) is a private, all-male, Jesuit, Roman Catholic school located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin"

For non-violent, low flight risk defendants, absolutely make the bail low to combat incarceration.
This guy ran over someone with his fricking car out of anger. That’s extremely violent.
