I imagine most people are pretty tired of banging the same person after 20 years, fat or thin. They seem to still love and enjoy each other's company, so whatever works.

In my observation, a lot of this is related to depression. It starts with 10-15 and then gets out of hand. My sister has really been ballooning the last 5 yrs and I know she's miserable, she just gets angrier each time I see her. It's hard to imagine her turning it around and getting back to being healthy at this point. Very sad to watch this happen to people because I know it's not long before serious health issue arise.

Maybe she has some kind of hormonal problems? I know a lot of fat women use this excuse but sometimes its legit. I used to work a lady who very good looking and average built. She had some hormone problems and it took over 6 months for them to work it out. By that time she had gained a ton of weight. She eventually lost a lot of it but ended up with a permanent ghetto booty from it.
