I don't know if I would put Will Smith into any category of "iconic actors". He was good in Bad Boys and first MiB. I know he won an Oscar for playing Williams sisters dad but iconic he is not.

Dicaprio even stands out among his peers because he was having iconic roles at a young age. I'm sure he paid for those opportunities tho in Hollywood with weinstein and the likes

Adam Driver has turned out to be a really talented actor, IMO. But he’s not quite the category of actor you are referring to.
Chris Pratt probably qualifies the big blockbuster actor that has name draw alone. Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Hugh Jackman, Ryan Reynolds, and Glenn Powell all probably fit the mold though.
ETA - I don’t think these are all as talented as the OP list, particularly Denzel and DiCaprio but they are the big headliners these days. Part of the problem is Disney dominated the industry by forcing everyone to do a Marvel movie for so long it’s kind of contaminated everything.
And I will probably stream just about anything Ana De Armas or Sydney Sweeney are in. I’d probably watch them playing tic tac toe for 2 hours.

I do like Pratt.
You would’ve never guessed he would be where he’s at from his role in Parks.

He was cast as a goofy overweight guy, but he clearly had the looks and the acting chops. Parks was also a huge hit in large part due to him and Aubrey Plaza. Jurassic World team identifying Pratt was a huge career jump though

I couldn't agree more. I don't want to know about any actors private life. If they entertain me on screen, that's all I want to see or hear about.

Only one off the top of my head would be Timothy Chalamet, and only because he recently banged my nephew's roommates girlfriend last week.

Okay and? I didn’t say they were better, I said they hold their weight. Look at twisters and twister, he and Bill Paxton played the same roll and did the same job. It’s not Oscar worthy, either of them, but they made the film entertaining and enjoyable. To say actors aren’t as good is wrong, movies aren’t as good and film studios are scared to make investments without an IP and whatever. Actors are just as good, they need a good script to showcase it.
