Also here's a pic of the woman killed.

Wrong pic.

This is her.

quote:

I think she was likely thrown from the car:

No dude, she's still in the car. You can see people walk up to the car, look in there and walk away. They knew she was dead and had absolutely no chance of surviving.

Look at the 2:52 mark in the video as you can see a body. She's wearing black clothing but still distinguishable.

She had kids as well.

With her daughter....

quote:

I hope they execute this motherfricker

There are people in this thread that love their drunk driving, some even calling for laws against drunk driving to be abolished.

They're fricking monsters.

I'll leave you with this quote, in hopes that one day you might not choose to be so belligerently ignorant.

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

I would love to see you say this shite to this family that just lost a wife and mother and the countless others that just lost a loved one to a drunk driver and then tell them you want to repeal laws against drunk driving.

Same for distracted driving.

This will never happen because all people don't drink while using a cell phone is normal practice in this country. Daddy -Do-Gooder doesn't want to see his 18 yr old daughter do hard time for texting her boyfriend.

Why would I want to do that? Can you even post a single reply without making a strawman?

Your classlessness aside, chances are even in their grief, they would have a better chance of understanding the logic than your willful ignorance.

The only people against this are people who haven't been affected by it.

Id rather they send a clear message on your first
Offense or second.

I find, in Louisiana, the really bad dui wrecks are caused by people with multiple offenses. Why? Why does someone with 3 or 4 DWIs get the liberty/right to drive? Lock those fricking losers up so long they never want to drink/drive again.

Nice assumption, but you're still wrong. I've known several people killed by drunk drivers. No family members thankfully.

I'm curious, what is your stance on gun control?

Because you're a moron who would do something like that considering that you think repealing laws against drunk driving is a good idea.

quote:

You made a stupid post. I responded with something you think is a stupid post.

It is entirely your problem that you're upset that I think repealing laws against drunk driving is as stupid as stupid gets.

Not my fault you're pissed over that and calling me a moron.

I'm not changing my mind. Get the frick over it.

No. No. They wouldn't.

Because there's no logic in it.

See, I used to be a libertarian like you once but I've come to the conclusion the last few years that a lot of them are morons and I was too gullible in listening to them.

My God the assumptions you make just never end. And they're all wrong, just like your ideas.

Quick tip for you: If you think you used to be a libertarian but now you're not, you never were the in first place. Because you clearly are too ignorant to even understand the basic premise behind the philosophy.

Also, I'm not a libertarian.

Because I’ve said repeatedly that laws against drunk driving are appropriate and necessary and you keep getting pissed over it and calling me a nanny stater.

Not my fault you have the position of a degenerate.

quote:

just like your ideas.

My ideas are actually codified into law and are actively enforced.

Yours are not and you’re just whining about it like a loser and sympathizing with the drunks.

quote:

Because you clearly are too ignorant to even understand the basic premise behind the philosophy.

Do you understand it yourself?

A basic tenet of libertarianism is that your rights and freedoms end when your behavior puts other in danger and/or harms them.

Drunk driving clearly fits that.

quote:

Also, I'm not a libertarian.

Congrats on the progress to breaking even.

Hows that working out for you? If your ideas worked, we wouldn't be having this discussion, now would we?

Anyway, we're anchored. My original intention was just to point out your stupidity and I think you've done an excellent job of demonstrating that.
