I get the impression they were making videos for themselves and they were making videos for Trade or sale in some pervert online community. Participating in the online community by uploading videos is what got them caught apparently

A few thoughts:

It is improbable to me that a guy who was able to get two female adults to participate with him, wasn’t able to get even more people to do stuff. It also tells me he had some weird Svengali type hold over people. And if there were two, there would likely be many, many more.

This did not just start recently. He didn’t just wake up and decide he was going to be Livingston Caligula a few years ago. He’s probably been doing weird and perverted and violent shite his entire adult life.

There is almost zero possibility that a lot of people didn’t know or suspect he was doing crazy stuff. It is highly unlikely he could be doing this with other people and word not leak out at some point or another from some regretful person with a semi-conscious.

If he is capable of child rape , semen in food for kids, forceable rape, he is not only capable of murder but probably highly likely to be a murderer. He seems like a classic violent sociopath with numerous compulsions he was unable to control. And he had access to everyone’s information, addresses, , the means for surveillance, an excuse to keep weird hours and have contact and access to weird people , the ability to exert pressure on perps he could put in a bind etc.

I’m afraid what he documented with a camera is just the type of the iceberg.

I listen to that as well and heard him say that, but I also heard an earlier episode before the Perkins situation happened where he talked about a case he worked and he mentioned the names of everyone who was working the case and mentioned Dennis Perkins and him saying something along the lines of "a really good guy who who was as good as you can get" (I am paraphrasing)..

When he mentions names of people he worked with he always says something good about them so I just take it with a grain of salt.

But if I was judging Ard just on the one interview with him I would say he seems to be covering his own arse because he was asked about the EBR deputy that went to him to talk to him about Perkins, because he saw Perkins do someone inappropriate that involved the EBR deputy's stepdaughter.. And Ard was saying he didn't do anything because the EBR deputy didn't fill out a report (but it seemed as if it was a situation where a deputy from another parish had gone to him to tell him about one of his people and Ard might have made him believe he was going to follow up on it)..

So when he got called out on it, he knew exactly what to say "well he didn't file an official report". I'd like to hear the EBR deputy's side of the story.

There is a lot I don't get with this case, but secretly putting semen in kids' cupcakes to video them unknowingly eating it at school and then watching later to get off sexually on (if that was purpose) just seems on level of a ritual followed by psychosexual serial killer.

Maybe he heard of the NXIVM cult and this was his sick attempt to copy.
