I wouldn’t get too bent out of shape at this point. You’ll tend to see the presumption of innocence on this board correlates pretty directly to the hotness of the accused female.

If this was a legitimate investigation, here’s a wild uneducated guess. But if I was investigating it could be that her role was minor (frick no pun intended) and they have been trying to turn her on others for sometime. Thus the delay in arrest. She refused, went on the cruise, and so the LE said frick you and arrested her.

Let’s think for a minute for a few options
1) Drugged victim
2) victim may not be male
3) victim could have been restrained, blindfolded, etc. It’s not out of the realm of possibility to restrain a man, arouse him, then take advantage of him.
4) underage victim
Just to be clear I have no clue what’s going on here. Just pointing out that your comment is pretty dumb. The suspect could have done something else or a combination of the above things.

The guys on the Real Life Real Crime podcast broke it down. These are most of the allegations; sex with a dog, voyeurism, rape of an adult, rape of children, indecent exposure (he was flashing people), production of pornography with said victims, putting semen in energy drinks and cupcakes then serving it to adults and children. The women were involved and not bystanders they helped do alot of the worst parts of these crimes. Probably forgot alot but that’s the gist.
ETA: The suspect’s filmed most if not all of their crimes and the video is in hands of authorities. This is why there are so many charges.
