If he is capable of child rape, semen in food for kids, forcible rape, he is not only capable of murder but probably highly likely to be a murderer. He seems like a classic violent sociopath with numerous compulsions he was unable to control. And he had access to everyone’s information, addresses, the means for surveillance, an excuse to keep weird hours and have contact and access to weird people, the ability to exert pressure on perps he could put in a bind, etc.

Lsupimp, right on the nose. Been saying this since November.

Did they or anyone else who does this get off sexually with this? I keep thinking this is going to be some cult ritual or proving/securing trust between them.

dallastigers, the fact that his house was hardwired with cameras so well is probably the best evidence supporting this. cameras in every room are what the report stated. these activities look like an investment of some sort to me. hence why i kept bringing up SSL transfers on any the hardware around him. if he was using virtual machines, then there's a good chance that's how he was trading content. I think this is how they got the DS scoutmaster not too far after him.

it's too close and too related.

but yea, there's definitely the fingerprint of an early network here imo.

Bond has been set for the third person arrested.

LIVINGSTON, La. (WAFB) - A judge has set a $350,000 bond for the third person who was arrested in part of the investigation into former Livingston Parish sheriff’s deputy Dennis Perkins.

The Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, which is the lead investigating agency of the Perkins case, said Melanie Barnett Curtin, 41, of Denham Springs, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 1 on the charges of video voyeurism and first-degree rape.

Curtin was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center on Feb. 1. Judge Jeff Johnson set a bond of $250,000 for Curtin’s first-degree rape charge and $100,000 for the video voyeurism charge on Feb. 3.

They pretty much admitted that he fooled them. That they had no idea. You can tell in their voices how disgusted they are with the whole situation

plausible deniability is a slippery slope when you talk too much on a podcast.

To be fair, that is human nature to some degree. When you know someone you tend to not notice obvious signs that someone from the outside looking in would notice.

When you no someone you think you know them to a degree that you don't think they are capable of doing certain things.. And its not until after the fact that they say "wow. Looking back, all the signs were there".

Its not like someone is going to be like "damn, that dude has sex with any woman willing to give it to him. I bet he jerks off in cup cake batter, fricks dogs, is a pedophile and rapes people"

That video, in your link, of her in the hoodie being taken into the jail, makes it seem real. Bet it felt that way for her too.

The guys on the Real Life, Real Crime podcast all said Ard is a pretty stand up guy.

They would have said the same thing about Dennis Perkins the day before he was arrested. They also haven't talked to Ard in 10 years.

They do seem sincere in their emotion that Perkins deserves the harshest punishment, I even picked up they were telling Perkins to take himself out. Then, and it can be expected, they seem to be protecting the badge. I would hope they knew nothing and were fooled, but I also find it hard to believe they haven't thought back and picked up on some signs even if they were small that they ignored. I don't think they had any clue Perkins' risk to kids, I believe they are being honest in that, or hope so.

ETA: Real Life, Real Crime guys have a follow update podcast going through the charges. They got to the one about Perkins jerking off into food (maybe cupcakes fed to kids) but also it states into energy drinks. The guys are speculating that Perkins being in charge of SRT may have tainted some LEO's drinks, and that is why initially it was kept under wraps, no LEO wants to come out as a victim. If this is true, which it's just speculative now, how he is still alive is a wonder.

I'm guessing Perkins would be in protective custody his entire jail sentence.

An ex-cop, child rapist, that fed his semen to unknowing children?

He'd last, what, 3 days in GenPop?

PJ, bestiality isn't that uncommon. I mean, its not something you hear about every day, but it's more common than it should be, however; I can't comprehend how someone even considers it.

I'm sure if you look hard enough online you can find videos of it, but you have to be one sick frick. If someone is capable to do that, then who knows what else they are capable of.

I can only imagine what are on the videos the police have. Could you imagine putting on those videos not knowing what to expect and then seeing these sick fricks having sex with dogs and all the other things they are accused of?

Wasn't this story that she helped him rape a drugged adult-female while filming?

So, probably a good chance she helped him do this to one of her friends then continued on about her life like it never happened, right?

He's not going to GP. Don't think that just because he's in PC though, it means he'll always be safe.

Just want to make sure I clear this up. By all means the actual rape of kids is by far the worst. If I implied that the dog sex was the worst I apologize because without question I think raping a child is the worst crime someone can commit.

But what I was trying to say is that having sex with dogs is its own level of sickness (different level, but not worse than what he did with kids. I can even imagine what those kids have and will go through as well as their parents).

The extremes in all of this is just down right sick.
