Just spent a week in Scotland. The wife was annoyed by the lack of the first four. I found the last one refreshing.

I hate how some Europeans don't put ice in their drinks. No, I don't want a glass of room temperature water.

Good call. I forgot ice. We ate at a Thai place (very good food), and my drink had one (1) ice cube. WTF.

I definitely don't want a drink at room temperature, however; I don't like a lot of ice. Unless it's ice like you get from Sonic, I like to have one or two cubes of ice..
