it took so long to change and advance as a civilization (i.e. medical procedures without gloves until the 1980s - how was this ever considered okay)
Wiping the arse with dry paper - how is this still the norm in 2022? Pizza sauce on your hands, oh no, God forbid, better go immediately wash them with soap and water; meanwhile, shite on your arsehole, let me just wipe it around a few times with this dry paper and go about my day

On the rare occasion that I am out in public and have to take a shite before I hit the stall I hit the paper towel dispenser and dampen them. I have done this for decades. Also wet wipes in my own bathrooms. A daily shower takes care of any residuals.
