Gonna be there with wife and in-laws and going to Vikings/Broncos game. We will be there for 5 days and staying near the Mall of America. Any tips? Bars, restaurants, other cool shite?

Go to The Nook in St. Paul for a "Juicy Lucy"

also

Go to Al's Breakfast in Dinkeytown (a James Beard award winner)

Both of these places have been profiled on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives if you can find the episodes

I’m from Louisiana and visiting ___ city. Can somebody recommend a bar?

Went there for work a while back and stayed in Eagan. Pretty country. Go for a run or bike the country side.
