Could be anything not getting much attention buy to you looks like a trend or pattern.

Sprint and Circle K seem to both be determined to take over all the gas stations in my area. In one town there are (2) Circle K stations directly across the street from each other. The ‘local’ gas stations have almost all vanished.

People are still wearing mask. Not sure how they haven’t been put into homes yet.

This is the beginning of white flight.

First, Payday Loan places start opening around you.
Next, the banks will start closing and relocating.
Then, car dealerships move to the other side of town.

Used car pricing seems to be slightly lower than this time last year and continuing to drop.

For the car wash statement, I work in that "field", and let me tell you... car wash businesses are cash cows.

Think man's version of nail salon.

My wife and I rented one years ago when we moved in together. After about 2 months of paying that bill I told her get what you want out of it and I'm tossing or donating the rest. I'd have paid more in storage fees than the stuff was worth after 6 months

And banks. Who the heck is using some of these random, one-off banks that never had a branch in BR to begin with?

More and more storefronts and gas stations are putting up LED strips in the windows. Even saw a front door of a house with some.

This trend has to stop.
