When football announcers refer to a hurry-up offense as “tempo.” Tempo is a rate of speed that can be fast OR slow, and should be used accordingly.

On that subject—another thing that always irritates me is that they make everyone on the plane exit through the front door upon arrival when there is another functioning door in the back.

Eta: I don’t think this is irrationally angry though. They tend to piss off everybody that doesn’t smoke.

They stand outside at the entrances of non smoking places of business and blow smoke clouds at the doorway for people entering and exiting the building to walk through. Then litter the ground with thousands of cigarette butts.

I’ve said for years that red lights should be stop signs of there is no cross traffic or people turning.

Then I saw the general public drive after COVID and I realized that was a terrible idea. Too many stupid impatient drivers, myself included.
