Long traffic that is supposedly due to construction, lanes get eliminated down to one, and once at the “construction” there is nothing being done.

Gum on sidewalk or parking lot. Who just spits it out where everyone walks? You'd think after stepping in it once themselves, everyone would know better. Last year I started noticing gum occasionally on sidewalk between parking lot and entrance to work facility only used by members of my unit. Really wished I could have caught the culprit. Thats like spitting gum on your own porch or driveway WTF is wrong with people?!
