Food smacking and chewing with mouth open
Baseball players that spit. Disgusting.
Clipping nails at work.
People who turn thermostat 10 degrees in either direction when they are uncomfortable. I don't get that at all.
People who aren't ready in a back drive thru.

Litter...not a big issue here in Austin but it's everywhere in Baton Rouge.
Smokers...they go hand-in-hand with above because they feel that the whole world is their ashtray.
Rude customer service (especially at fast food joints)...hello, it's called customer service for a reason. Don't just stare at me when I walk up to the counter, or give me attitude because you had to get off your cell phone to do your damn job. Again, this isn't as much of as issue here in Austin as it is when I go back to BR to visit.
Panhandlers....they are everywhere in Austin. So much so that I've found myself becoming more and more oblivious to them, but they still annoy the shite out of me.
People who talk or use their cell phones during movies....I wish every theater would employ Alamo Drafthouse's policy when dealing with these assholes.

- The game of baseball. I am not a big baseball fan, but I watch LSU and watching this game tonight and how slow it is going reminds me why the game bothers me.
