I've always wondered what the purpose of that is. Does fentanyl provide any benefit for it to be laced int he cocaine? If not, what is the purpose of killing your clients?

fentanyl test kits are cheaper than a line, or so i've heard
i actually tried intravenous fentanyl 5 weeks ago. pretty meh on it. post surgery

I love opiates so i think me and you just have different tastes, but fentanyl has a different high than other opiates if that makes sense. Its so strong that you get super hot, and it just feels different.
