Word of advice man, stay away from old friends, gfs, hangouts etc that involved your use, for a while. You may think you have control but these things can trigger you in a second. If they are your true friends, they will understand what you have to do until you get comfortable in sobriety.

No. Last week here. So, I get a computer pass to check emails, set up treatment, contact family, etc. So, obviously, I came to TD.

Great decision. See you are thinking more clearly already. Looks like the treatment is working.

It's for booze and chronic depression and BPD.

I'd make a snarky comment, but you're being contrite here. Good luck, baw. We'll see you on the other side.

Find a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program when you get done with that.

I'll be attending Refuge Recovery Meetings most nights and seeing my therapist twice a week, so that covers the DBT. I'm considering IOP treatment as well, but there's hesitation there. I'm kind of burned out on treatment after 30 days of 14 hours of meetings, groups, etc each day. I need a little time to reflect. But I will be seeing my therapist the day after I get home. And attending a meeting that night.

Takes a lot to admit you have a problem, especially with something like BPD. Good luck bud

Yeah, you just don't get the pleasurable effects. So, no real reason to drink...or that's the idea.

Good deal. It sounds like you have a solid plan. I wish you luck. BPD is tough to treat, but it sounds like you are motivated to get better. That greatly improves your chances.
