70 UT students charter a plane to Cabo 10 days ago. At least 28 have Covid 19. If you left the country after the warnings. Stay where you are.
Also tells me Mexico may be underestimating their numbers.

Awesome reporting. Nothing says "reliable sources" like the phrase "Mexico MAY be underestimating".
Either way, are they underestimating their numbers are do they not have the resources to test everyone?
