These temperatures are crazy-

It was 73 yesterday and this morning it was 23. Nashville here. What was your temps yesterday and then today?

about 25 minutes from my house to the national forest in story.
The bit about no cell service is the kicker. Even the least mountainous way out of here has a big sign No cell phone service. its desolate.
It's a freaky thing to be driving and not see any cars or houses or sign of civilization at all.
3 or 4 inches where I live in valley.
but I have to go over a mountain to get to my sisters and cousins and Im going to miss a lunch with all them Sunday. No way Im going over the mountains during a snow storm.

We got a cold front in early february. This is extremely normal.

I'm not sure about yesterday but I know it was in the 80's on Wednesday in Austin. 29 degrees now with a windchill of 21.

I got it in November.
It was one that seemed to come back after nearly done. I think 3 cycles. Never was bad for me so I never really cut back 100% so the repeating cycles was my fault.
Some people I know were in big trouble.
I must have had some immunity from previous bouts with similar.

This is normal, especially with the larger pattern. The southeast is set to be hot with the southern jet dominating but a shallow cold front isn't unusual for this scenario in February.
Two days ago in Oklahoma, there was a severe thunderstorm in freezing temps because right above the surface was still quite warm. Hail fell, and didn't melt.

32 right now. I think the high yesterday was 30. Supposed to start getting hit with this 'Winter Storm Maya' around noon. Should be an interesting weekend.
