Well, there was a time a couple hundred years ago where you can walk up and shoot someone and kill them and there’d be no punishment. There was a time a few hundred years ago where you can take a sword and chop someone’s head off for stealing a piece of bread.

I also think the media is the eventual death of this democracy. They’ve allowed people to speak their opinions rather than truth. And a lot of these people have no business sharing their opinion to millions of people.
These people have been hired and they’re made into the voice of millions of people and why? Who gave them the right to be the dominating voice of so many people?

Statistics for violence in human history? You actually think there are reliable statistics? We can’t even trust the crime statistics for Nola in modern times. Historians can only guesstimate how many people even existed at various times throughout history. They have no way of knowing how violent these societies were.
