I doubt he sees a day in jail. Homeless guy starts a fire in abandoned building on a cold wet night/morning...this will go toward his advantage in court. Sad to see this happen to this guy and can almost guarantee you this was not intentional. Stupid and idiotic, yes-but not intentional.
