This is half the problem. Why the hell are taxi drivers not raising hell with their dispatch service? That is who your problem should be with. They made you obsolete and replaceable long before Uber came along. The public was craving ANY other option, and they finally got one.

Drove for about 30 hours over the weekend and did approx. 60 pickups. It was a lot of work but I was well compensated. I am very happy driving for Uber when I have free time.
