Would need to know more before rendering an opinion.

If this girl has an IQ in the 80-90 range and had very little parental guidance - she could have panicked and made a horrible choice at such a young age.

But if she took advanced or honors classes and has no history of treated depression/anxiety - lock her up.

I don't get it, why is she on trial? You should be able to rip that fricker out of the womb on a whim, and throw it in a dumpster or trash compactor(pending which is closer).

Sincerely,

Liberals

PS Hey, i had 2 sucked out of my womb, and kept letting athletes jizz on my gullet and in my vag.

Sincerely,

How are they having a murder trial without an autopsy report?

Honestly, I could buy the stillborn excuse.

Then you would still be left with a desecration of a corpse charge. If this is the case, the little lady walks. Whatever the outcome, this is a morally bankrupt family that needs help.

Stupidity and mental illness doesn't absolve you from punishment of a crime. However, it might explain why you committed the crime.

Did not mean to insinuate that. It’s just a different form of punishment.

Also, a 100 lb. girl carries to term and nobody notices? I am calling bullshite on that.

She damn sure tried her hardest to hide it.

The pic on the left is prom night in May, 2 days before giving birth.

The pic on the right is a dress fitting in February.

She’s also had an eating disorder since age 12.

this verdict is a crime.

she murdered her child. This is rather cut and dry.
