My best revenge has been to fight my way back to where I was before I was knocked down. It's been a long, exhausting and painful process and I'm still not where I was but I'm happy with where I am. I make decent money again can generally buy what I want. I guess if that's revenge then I've tasted it.

I've never sought revenge, but I can't help noticing when someone gets a dose of karma. I try not to take satisfaction in it, because that would bring negative karma back on me.

Yeah, I was young and impulsive. I should have taken the hit. I'm not sure if I blew his life up or not, but regardless I should have played it differently and with an eye on unintended consequences.

Idk man, sounds like he got what he deserves. Also I am sure the wife was pretty happy that you outed him and found out her husband was a shite bag. Does suck for the kids though, but that's completely his fault for being a douche.

The guy who considered himself our high school bully married a hot chick from our class. She later dumped him and started dating a nerd from our class. The bully showed up at his ex-wife's and thought the nerd had just dropped by to say hi. As they were having dinner, he slowly realized that the two were a couple. He got up and walked out without saying a word.

When the rest of us heard this we laughed pretty hard.

You didn't blow up his life. Him fricking an employee while he was married with children blew his life up. There were better ways to handle it but his wife deserved better than she was getting and thanks to you she can get it.

Kind of like MLB player Steve Garvey's ex wife marrying nerdy composer Marvin Hamlisch.

Is there a legal way for a man to get revenge on a woman since revenge porn is now illegal? A woman can always get revenge on a man by getting a judge to take his money.

Nope. I am just like you. I figure it will all get sorted out in due time with no interference from me. Then I do not have to feel bad about myself for lowering myself to their level.

Revenge helps in the short term, but hurts in the long term.

Use ignore as a tool. Since my dad mistreated me, he's been on ignore and will continue to be ignored.

Both have their uses.

Some...the quick, violent ones where those who have spilt your kindred blood are hunted down like dogs. Hung from the lamp posts. Murdered in their beds.
That sort has it's own perverse quality. And a sense that the job has been finished.

But then there is the other sort.

The fear of knowing that one day, something terrible awaits them...that constant gnawing of what grinning face will be the last one their eyes see, what knock on the door will be the piper come calling...

That is exquisite. It can drive a man mad.

Are you also ignoring the financial windfalls he set up for you? It is not really right to take the money from him while you have him on ignore status.

In the fourth grade this older kid convinced me that the only way to get pubes was to buy his. When I learned I got tricked I put on a chili cook off for our town and made him a special chili. The secret ingredient being his parents

I can still taste your tears Scott
